Ingredients

- 2 stalks
- cooked rice
- 2 cups
- gochujang
- 2 tbsp
- sugar
- 1 tbsp
- water
- 1 tbsp
- rice vinegar
- 1 tsp
Method
- 01Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, garlic, ginger, pepper, and sesame oil for the beef sauce. Set aside.
- 02Whisk gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, water, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and garlic for the bibimbap sauce. Set aside.
- 03Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef, breaking clumps, until mostly brown.
- 04Pour beef sauce over meat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- 05Stir in sesame seeds and green onions. Remove from heat.
- 06Divide rice among bowls. Top with beef and drizzle with bibimbap sauce.
