Method
- 01Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 02In a large bowl, toss chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until coated.
- 03Spread mixture on a large sheet pan in a single layer. Scatter lemon slices over top.
