Ingredients
- firm or extra firm tofucut into 1-inch cubes
- 24 oz
- soy sauce
- 3 tbsp
- toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp
- cornstarch
- 3 tbsp
- smoked paprika
- 1 tsp
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp
- black pepperground
- 1/2 tsp
Method
- 01Remove tofu from package, drain, and pat dry with double-layered paper towels. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- 02In a medium bowl, combine tofu, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil. Stir gently with wooden spoon and set aside.
- 03Preheat air fryer to 400°F.5 min
- 04In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle over tofu and toss gently to coat.
- 05Add half the tofu to air fryer basket in a single layer with spaces between pieces. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.10 min
- 06Transfer cooked tofu to a plate. Repeat with remaining tofu.
