Ingredients
- broccolini
- 2 bunches
- olive oil
- 3 tbsp
- salt
- 1/2 tsp
- salmon fillets
- 4 fillets
- everything bagel seasoning
- 3 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02Toss broccolini with 2 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt. Arrange around the edges of the baking sheet.
- 03Brush salmon with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and salt over top, pressing gently with your hand to adhere.
- 04Place salmon in the center of the baking sheet and roast 15 to 18 minutes, flipping broccolini halfway through, until salmon flakes easily.18 min
