  1. 01Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add bean sprouts and cover.
  2. 02Once boiling, add noodles with powder sauce and dried vegetables from the pack. Stir occasionally with chopsticks and boil 2 to 3 minutes until noodles are just tender.
  3. 03Add chili and spring onion 30 seconds before serving. Transfer to a soup bowl and serve immediately.
