Ingredients
- red butter lettuce
- 4 cup
- asparagus
- 4 oz
- cherriespitted, halved
- 5 oz
- red onionthinly sliced
- 1/4 small
- parsley
- 1/4 cup
- hemp seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp
- cherry concentrate
- 1 tbsp
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp
- salt

Method
- 01Heat a grill pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- 02Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus where the stem breaks naturally.
- 03Place asparagus on the grill pan, spray or brush with olive oil, and cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.10 min
- 04Remove asparagus from heat and let cool.
- 05While asparagus cooks, slice red onion thinly and soak in water until ready to assemble.
- 06Pit cherries and halve them.
- 07Toss lettuce, drained onions, and parsley in a bowl.
- 08Top with grilled asparagus and cherries, then sprinkle with hemp seeds.
- 09Whisk balsamic vinegar, cherry concentrate, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a jar and shake until emulsified.
- 10Drizzle dressing over salad or serve on the side.
