  1. 01Heat a grill pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray or olive oil.
  2. 02Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus where the stem breaks naturally.
  3. 03Place asparagus on the grill pan, spray or brush with olive oil, and cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.10 min

  5. 05While asparagus cooks, slice red onion thinly and soak in water until ready to assemble.
  6. 06Pit cherries and halve them.
  7. 07Toss lettuce, drained onions, and parsley in a bowl.
  8. 08Top with grilled asparagus and cherries, then sprinkle with hemp seeds.
  9. 09Whisk balsamic vinegar, cherry concentrate, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a jar and shake until emulsified.
