  1. 01Heat pan over low heat, add cooking oil, spread evenly.
  2. 02Cook garlic until lightly golden, about 5 to 10 seconds. Add onion, stir until translucent, about 30 seconds.
  3. 03Add zucchini, increase heat to medium. Stir frequently, season evenly with salt. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
  4. 04Drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, stir quickly. Remove from heat.
