  1. 01Mash chickpeas in a bowl with a fork until mostly broken down but still chunky.
  2. 02Add red onion, zucchini, lemon juice, lemon zest, tahini, oats, olive oil, mustard, hot sauce, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. 03Form mixture into 9 patties with your hands. Add more oats 1 tbsp at a time if too wet.
  4. 04Lightly spray a non-stick skillet with cooking oil and heat over medium heat.
  5. 05Cook burgers 10 minutes per side until crisp and firm.
