Ingredients
- pizza doughpre-made or homemade
- 2/3 portion
- cauliflower floretscut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 2/3 cup
- olive oil
- 1 1/3 tbsp
- curry powder
- 2/3 tbsp
- red onionthinly sliced
- 1/3 small
- parsleyminced
- 1 1/3 tbsp
- mozzarella cheeseshredded
- 3 1/3 oz
- cornmeal
- as needed
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F and place pizza stone in oven if using.
- 02Toss cauliflower with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp curry powder on a parchment-lined sheet. Roast until browning, 20 to 25 minutes.25 min
- 03Increase oven temperature to 500°F.
- 04Roll dough onto a surface dusted with cornmeal to a 14-inch circle.
- 05Combine roasted cauliflower with red onion and parsley.
- 06Brush 1 tbsp olive oil over crust. Spread cauliflower mixture over crust and sprinkle cheese on top.
