  1. 01Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. 02Heat a medium saute pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes until vegetables lose their raw edge.
  3. 03Stir in Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth. Cook 5 minutes until vegetables are tender and mixture is heated through. Turn off heat and cool.
  4. 04In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, egg whites, oats, cumin, chipotle spice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  5. 05Add cooled vegetables to turkey mixture and mix until well incorporated.
  6. 06Roll mixture into 12 even balls and place each in a greased muffin cavity.
  7. 07Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Cool before serving.28 min
