Maple Cinnamon Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- acorn squashhalved, seeded
- 1 squash
- butterroom temperature
- 1/2 tbsp
- heavy cream
- 2 tbsp
- maple syrup
- 2 tsp
- cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 02Halve acorn squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Trim a thin slice from the bottom of each half so it sits flat. Place cut-side up in a baking dish.
- 03Rub the inside of each squash half with butter.
- 04Whisk heavy cream and maple syrup together. Divide between squash halves, pouring into the center cavity.
- 05Sprinkle cinnamon over both halves.
- 06Roast 45 to 55 minutes until squash is tender. Halfway through, remove from oven and spoon cream mixture over the exposed flesh.50 min
