  1. 01Blend garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  2. 02Pat swordfish steaks dry, place in a dish, coat with marinade on both sides, and set aside for 15 minutes while heating the grill.
  3. 03Preheat gas grill to high and oil the grates.
