Ingredients
- sirloin steak1 inch thick
- 1 lb
- baby potatoes
- 1 lb
- broccoli florets
- 16 oz
- yellow bell pepperdiced into 1-inch pieces
- 1
- red oniondiced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium
- garlic clovesminced
- 4 cloves
- olive oil

Method
- 01Preheat oven to high broil.
- 02Boil salted water in a large pot. Add potatoes and cook until parboiled, 10-12 minutes. Drain well.12 min
- 03Arrange steak, potatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion on a large sheet pan.
- 04Whisk garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 05Brush garlic oil mixture over steak and veggies.
