Method
- 01Whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, water, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- 02In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, olives, and croutons.
- 03Toss salad, then dress with dressing and toss again.
- 04Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the salad and serve.
