Ingredients

- 4 fillets
- dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- honey
- 2 tsp
- lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp
- salt
- 1/4 tsp
- black pepper
- 1/8 tsp
- pistachiosfinely chopped
- 1/3 cup
- olive oil

Method
- 01Whisk mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a small bowl.
- 02Finely chop pistachios and spread on a shallow plate.
- 03Brush mustard mixture on salmon flesh, then dip into pistachios to coat.
- 04Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 05Place salmon skin side up, cook 1 minute.
