  2. 02Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease with olive oil.
  3. 03If using whole cauliflower, remove stems and leaves, chop florets into chunks, and pulse in a food processor until rice-sized. If using pre-riced cauliflower, skip this step.
  4. 04Sauté riced cauliflower in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 6 to 8 minutes.8 min
  5. 05Combine cooked cauliflower, garlic, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, basil, and oregano in a bowl.
  6. 06Spread mixture evenly on prepared sheet and form into a 9 to 10 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
