Ingredients

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 02Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease with olive oil.
- 03If using whole cauliflower, remove stems and leaves, chop florets into chunks, and pulse in a food processor until rice-sized. If using pre-riced cauliflower, skip this step.
- 04Sauté riced cauliflower in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 6 to 8 minutes.8 min
- 05Combine cooked cauliflower, garlic, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, basil, and oregano in a bowl.
- 06Spread mixture evenly on prepared sheet and form into a 9 to 10 inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 07Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crispy on edges.28 min
- 08Remove crust and set oven to broil.
- 09Top crust with pizza sauce and 1 cup mozzarella.
- 10Broil 5 minutes until cheese melts and toppings are hot.5 min
- 11Cool 2 to 3 minutes, cut into 4 slices, and serve with fresh basil and crushed red pepper.
