  1. 01Pulse garlic, onion, and parsley in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. 02Add chopped mixture to ground beef in a bowl with seven spice, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and olive oil. Mix with hands until combined.
  3. 03Add flour and mix until dough forms. Add more flour if needed to firm up the mixture.
  4. 04Form kafta into 3 to 4 inch logs about 1 inch thick.
  5. 05Heat grill or cast iron grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
