  1. 01Cook tortellini in salted water according to package directions until fully cooked but not falling apart. Rinse under cold water, drain in colander.
  2. 02Add cooled tortellini, tomatoes, salami, artichokes, cucumber, onion, and garlic to a large bowl.
  3. 03Add olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 04Toss to combine and serve.
