Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-count muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- 02In a large bowl combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, buttermilk, eggs, and applesauce. Mix until well incorporated.
- 03Add chopped apple and raisins. Gently toss until evenly distributed.
- 04Divide batter among all 12 muffin cups.
