Method
- 01Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bread slice and fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to cool.
- 02Pulse fried bread in a food processor until crumbs form. Add garlic, parsley, almonds, and 3 tbsp broth. Pulse until a paste forms.
- 03Pour broth and bay leaf into the pan with oil. Simmer 10 minutes.10 min
