- rolled oats
- 2 cup
- vanilla protein powder

- baking powder
- 1 tsp
- cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon

- sea salt

- unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cup
- ground flax
- 2 tbsp
- unsweetened applesauce

- almond butter
- 1/4 cup
- maple syrup
- 2 tbsp
- monk fruit or cane sugar
- 1 tbsp
- cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish with avocado or coconut oil.
- 02Mix oats, protein powder, ground flax, baking powder, cream of tartar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and salt. Add almond butter and applesauce. Mix until combined. Add almond milk and mix again. Let stand 5 minutes.5 min
- 03Pour mixture into baking dish. Bake 40-50 minutes until top browns and center is set. Test with a toothpick. Cool 15 minutes.50 min
- 04Mix 1 tbsp monk fruit or cane sugar with 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over oatmeal before serving.
